Requirements
- Native-level English speaker
- 1+ years of SDR experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startup environment, ideally within an enterprise sales motion
- AI-first mindset – comfortable leveraging AI tools and approaches in your sales process
- Curious, coachable, and a strong story teller
- High energy, positive attitude
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Familiarity or willingness to learn tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Powtoon
- Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly goals
- Willingness to work US hours at least 2 days/week
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
