Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or a similar delivery-focused role within a complex B2B technology environment.
- Deep understanding of product development within a Sportsbook or similarly high-concurrency platform.
- Proven track record of aligning engineering, Product Owners, and QA teams across multiple concurrent initiatives toward a single delivery goal.
- Strong analytical skills and technical competency to use delivery data to make informed decisions on sequencing and trade-offs.
- Proficient in the modern product stack, with advanced hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence.
