Role Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist II plays a critical role in assisting the global Business Development team achieve our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
What You Will Do
Management of new business development enquiries, partners with Marketing to understand and leverage their initiatives/content for BD outreach efforts, and manages the tracking and management of all Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activity in Salesforce.

The postholder will be responsible for engaging with the internal, and occasionally external team to ensure seamless transition of information, and will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of business development processes and delivery of reports to both internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or its international equivalent)
- 2 yrs of related exp or +8 years’ experience working within a business development role in a CRO setting
- High level of proficiency in the SalesForce application and associated reporting functionality
