Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager/Regional Manager to own and grow customer relationships across the Appalachia region, with a focus on health systems, hospitals, and physician groups. This role is critical in ensuring our customers achieve success with our remote patient management platform while identifying opportunities for strategic account expansion.

What You Will Do

Own and manage day-to-day relationships with assigned health system accounts across the Appalachia region, develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption, expansion, and revenue growth, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 3-7 years of experience selling to or managing relationships with healthcare providers (hospitals, physician groups, clinics)
  • Understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and decision-making processes
  • Knowledge of remote patient monitoring, telehealth, or digital health solutions preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement models and value-based care initiatives
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security requirements
  • Knowledge of the Appalachia healthcare landscape and regional challenges
