Role Overview

Join PRISM+ as a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

What You Will Do

Develop backend logic, build integrations, design and optimize Service Cloud interfaces, develop reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot Salesforce defects.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows, and experience working with Service Cloud and at least one of Salesforce OMS or Field Service.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
• Experience working with Service Cloud and at least one of Salesforce OMS or Field Service
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations, and ETL/data pipeline concepts
• Experience with Salesforce development, testing, debugging, and deployment practices
• Comfortable interpreting and working from written technical and business specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Good documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
