Requirements
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Professional CA or CPA certification
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in senior finance managerial roles
- Experience navigating complex, multi-entity/cross-jurisdictional functions
- Experience managing offshore or shared services teams
- Strong hands-on proficiency with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and balance sheet reconciliation tools
