Role Overview

Manage a small team of product marketers while personally holding a package, its associated business metrics, and its named competitors. This is a player-coach seat and the craft work does not stop.

What You Will Do

Personally own a package, its associated business metrics, and its named competitors. Manage 2-5 product marketers to standard. Stay accountable for the metrics of the seats you manage.

We’re looking for someone to join us immediately. 6+ years of product marketing or equivalent experience in enterprise SaaS, including experience managing or formally coaching other product marketers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of product marketing or equivalent experience in enterprise SaaS
• Experience managing or formally coaching other product marketers
• Evidence-based evaluation habits
• Recognized craft strength in positioning and packaging
• Excellent listening and communication skills

Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $160,000.00 – $220,000.00 USD Annual
