P&G is seeking an experienced Media Operations Manager to lead digital media operations in Sydney, with a focus on strategy development, media operations excellence, and test & learn initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian digital and media landscape, as well as experience with digital media tools such as Google Adwords and Meta Business Manager.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years’ experience in agency or digital media strategy role
- Digital hands-on operations experience – Google Adwords, Meta Business Manager, DV360, TikTok, etc.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to deliver strategic media thinking for multiple internal stakeholders
- A collaborative team player with a real passion for winning
- Ability to lead change and drive innovation in media space
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or NZ Resident
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in FMCG or Retail industry is preferred
- Well-rounded life experience
