Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative serves as a customer service-centric facilitator to the sales process, generating new sales opportunities via phone, email, or other electronic communication. The role involves project management, tracking open sales orders, issue resolution, and overall customer service and support with strong communication skills.
What You Will Do
Prospect for new sales opportunities, provide product pricing, ensure timely shipment of materials, and contribute to add-on sales by maintaining a high level of product knowledge. Handle customer inquiries and problem resolution, perform estimating, take-off, and proposal duties as necessary.

- Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test where required
