Role Overview

This Regional Leadership Position will be executing our collective vision of growing market share, elevating customer engagement, coaching and mentoring our outside sales representatives, and exceeding our measurable sales targets. In addition to the sales initiatives above, there will be regular communication with our quotes, operations, marketing, and procurement teams sharing customer feedback and expectations positioning our platform for sustained success.

What You Will Do

Region focused sales effort with progressive account strategies and territory management ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily engagement with outside sales team creating a force multiplier to exceed our sales targets and collective organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a similar industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with business acumen and the ability to coach and develop talent.
  • Tactful and proficient presentation and writing skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflict and lead data-driven decisions.
  • Intermediate level MS Office Suite: Distribution-specific ERP system experience preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test where required.
