Role Overview

Play a key role in the evolution of solutions that support growth, digital experience, and the transformation of Group Insurance. Reporting to the Director, IT Service Delivery, SAEC Platform, you will be responsible for a portfolio of assets and strategic initiatives.

Define the vision and priorities of the sector, build and engage a high-performing team, support talent development, and deliver initiatives and assets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, solution delivery, and leadership, including at least 5 years in a management role
• Advanced level of proficiency in both French and English
