FP&A Analyst – Mexico, South Africa (Remote)

Role Overview

Provide FP&A finance support to delivery teams, own recurring budgeting and forecasting, and identify opportunities for improvement. Partner with the finance team on metrics, goals, and business reviews.

What You Will Do

Provide financial data analysis, create presentations, and frame decisions. Work on corporate projects and initiatives, including tool implementation and process design.

Requirements

• Four or more years of experience in a financial analyst or FP&A role
• Demonstrated ownership of financial planning work: budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel modelling with accuracy and attention to detail
• The communication skills to explain financial results to non-finance stakeholders and to present to senior leaders
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Eligibility to work in Canada or the United States
