Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in dedicated recruiting
- Experience in people operations is ideal
- Understanding of or desire to learn HR fundamentals
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive outcomes independently
