AI Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The AI Enablement Manager will work directly with colleagues to understand their challenges, develop suitable AI solutions, and implement them pragmatically. The role involves identifying where AI can make a real difference in ProjectTogether’s missions and developing and implementing suitable solutions.

What You Will Do

The AI Enablement Manager will accompany solutions from idea to stable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement. They will work closely with the IT lead and develop organizational-wide standards for AI use, automations, documentation, operation, and IT security.

Requirements

• Solid technical foundation in computer science, technical education, or experience as a full-stack developer
• Practical experience with AI applications, automations, and development of organizational-wide standards for AI use
• Ability to work independently, pragmatically, and responsibly
• Good communication skills to clarify requirements with non-technical colleagues and explain complex connections clearly
