Prolific is seeking a Senior Human Data Operations Partner to own the operational success of complex research customer projects and help shape the long-term capability of the Research participant supply. This role combines hands-on delivery with strategic development, leading bespoke and technically demanding research engagements and identifying structural gaps and growth opportunities in the Research supply.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, ideally in marketplace or platform environments.
- Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and operational execution.
- Proficiency in operational tools and systems such as Metabase, Zapier, Asana, and HubSpot.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with a track record of stakeholder enablement.
