About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Sales Operations Analyst II to join our client’s Reality Labs team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-tech, fast-paced environment supporting sales performance through data insights, process improvement, and product launch execution. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with proven experience in project management, sales analytics, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and track sales performance metrics; communicate insights on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Oversee and manage new product launch activities to ensure milestones and organizational alignment.
- Establish, document, and lead adoption of improved business processes and change management strategies.
- Maintain clear communication across business units and cross-functional teams.
- Track and report on budgets, expenditures, transactions, and variances.

Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or project management.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Analytical skills with experience in data analysis and business trend interpretation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Understanding of business strategy, resource allocation, and financial planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ecommerce or consumer technology industries.
- Product launch management experience.
- Knowledge of sales reporting tools and budgeting.
- Familiarity with account-level data insights.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Required)
