Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will join the RevOps Team and work closely with go-to-market Leadership. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in HubSpot, understands how to architect full-funnel marketing-to-sales workflows, and has experience managing a modern martech stack.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include funnel performance and conversion optimization, reporting and attribution, website and search performance, marketing automation and campaign operations, CRM architecture and data integrity, and martech stack and integrations.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations
- Hands-on ownership of HubSpot marketing and CRM features
- Proven experience managing marketing-to-sales handoff workflows
- Experience supporting both sales-led and product-led growth models
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain integrations between marketing, CRM, and enablement platforms
- Experience creating documentation and playbooks for internal marketing workflows and tools
- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and lead attribution modeling
- Experience managing marketing campaign projects in Asana or similar tools
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
