We’re seeking a People Ops and Workplace Specialist to manage daily office operations, execute onboarding, support recruiting, and build systems for scaling our Redwood City office.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in office management, People Ops coordination, HR, or a closely related role
- Direct experience with an HRIS platform; Rippling strongly preferred
- High ownership mentality
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Understanding and experience processing confidential information and private HR-related matters
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
