ProSidian seeks a Data Scientist / Analytics Lead to provide services and support in workforce planning and analytics for clients in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector, with a focus on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF | OCHCO / OCIO) | Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) / Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).

Requirements

  • 8+ years analytics/data science in federal environment
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, or Analytics
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
