Program Manager – Data Management & Business Intelligence

ProSidian is seeking a Program Manager – Data Management & Business Intelligence to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector clients. The role will provide innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience with federal consulting, enterprise platforms, data/analytics, or program support aligned to Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Support – SAP NS2 SuccessFactors LMS Administration Support
• Demonstrated experience operating in regulated environments with stakeholder groups similar to NSF OCHCO/OCIO
• Ability to produce audit-ready documentation, executive briefings, and implementation artifacts in a hybrid federal delivery environment
