Sr. Data Engineering & Report Visualization Manager

The Sr. Data Engineering and Report Visualization Manager leads the end-to-end strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise data reporting and visualization solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 10+years of experience in BI, data visualization, and data engineering.
• 5+years of leadership experience managing data engineering or BI development teams.
• Expertise in Power BI including advanced DAX, semantic modeling, and performance tuning.
• Deep experience with Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, and modern data warehouse architecture.
• Proven success in implementing enterprise reporting strategies, governance practices, and KPI frameworks.
• Experience with Power BI administration, deployment pipelines, and self-service enablement.
• Familiarity with additional visualization tools (Tableau, Domo, D3.js) and scripting in Python.
• Strong understanding of data quality, metadata, and documentation standards.
• Demonstrated ability to present analytical results to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in agile project management, planning, and prioritization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proven ability to build high-performing, results-driven teams in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and travel (up to 10%)
