Estate Manager (Sales Operations)

Role Overview

Drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives in the Sales Department, developing and enhancing systems, e-services, and business solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience in the HDB flat buying journey.

What You Will Do

Develop, administer, and review systems and e-services to support operational efficiency, drive customer service excellence, and plan, formulate, and implement new business IT solutions.
