Manager, Innovation Strategy & Partnerships

Develop and co-create solutions to strengthen Singapore as an innovation economy, review and refine Singapore’s overall strategy in innovation, and perform secretariat duties and support agenda setting for inter-agency platforms.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in design thinking, strategy/ product development, innovation, IP/ technology commercialisation, corporate planning and/ or policy analysis.
• Skillset in quantitative data analysis (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Python etc.)
• Passionate about playing a role to develop levers to strengthen Singapore’s innovation economy
• Keen sense of business acumen with strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Resourceful with a self-starter mindset and strong ability to develop and execute ideas and initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and adept at engaging a range of internal and external stakeholders across seniority levels
• Strong team player in an agile environment who is versatile and open to learn, explore and experiment
