The Regional Sales Manager role involves leading and motivating loan originators to provide excellent customer service and meet performance objectives.
Requirements
- Motivate and lead loan originators to help customers choose the best loan product for their needs.
- Train and manage loan originators to meet national and state regulation standards.
- Partner with processing, underwriting, and closing managers to drive exceptional customer experiences and meet timely metrics.
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
- Work closely with business partners to lead, communicate, and execute process enhancements and changes.
- Be licensed nationally and in all states the company does business.
