Puratos is looking for a People & Culture Specialist to strengthen their team in Istanbul. The ideal candidate is passionate about shaping the future of food and has 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on people operations or similar roles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on people operations or similar roles
- Proven experience in payroll process management is required
- Familiarity with labour law & compliance regulations
- Good level of English proficiency
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; SAP Successfactors is preferable
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency to deliver results
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
