Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
