Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
