Puzzel is a leading provider of cloud-based contact centre solutions. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our existing team of Account Executives. The successful candidate will engage with potential business customers, learn how to sell AI-driven technology, and close revenue for the company.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian + proficiency in English
  • Driven, money-motivated and intelligent
  • Commercial experience in a b2b setting, with experience and proven success in cold-calling and prospecting
  • CCaaS, CX or relatable SaaS industry experience
  • SDR/BDR/Outbound B2B Sales experience
  • Co-piloting SDR AI agents or AI platforms
  • Gong or other cadence management systems
  • Clay Hunter or similar scraping tools
  • Salesforce
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
