Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation Specialist

Role Overview

The Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation Specialist will join a team of experts who focus on creating seamless and impactful customer experiences through technology, data, and digital marketing solutions. They will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to design, optimize, and automate communication journeys that drive engagement across the CEE region.

What You Will Do

The role involves shaping and delivering enhancements that improve the experience for campaign managers, CRM users, and recipients of marketing communications, owning integrations across web, marketing, event, and sales tools, and tracking and analysing digital platform performance.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience working with Oracle Eloqua, hands-on experience with system integrations via APIs or dedicated connectors, and a very good command of English (min. B2).

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience working with Oracle Eloqua
• Hands-on experience with system integrations via APIs or dedicated connectors
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or SOQL
• A very good command of English (min. B2)
• A university degree in IT (preferred) or Marketing
• Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Solid organisational and time management skills
• The ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A current base in one of the CEE territories
