Lead a High-Performing Outbound Sales Team

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead our outbound Business Development team and build a high-performance sales culture that delivers consistent results.
This isn’t a back-office operations role. You’ll be on the sales floor, coaching the team and driving performance every day. You’ll own the team’s rhythm, pipeline health, CRM discipline, reporting and operational excellence, ensuring every Business Development Manager has the support, structure and accountability required to succeed.
You’ll work alongside our Sales Director, who leads sales training.
This is not a hybrid or remote position. This role is office-based, Monday to Friday, in our Collingwood office.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of our outbound sales function by:
- Leading and managing a team of Business Development Managers
- Creating a high-energy culture built around accountability, performance and results
- Running daily sales cadence, prospecting rhythm and pipeline reviews
- Conducting structured one-on-one coaching sessions using activity, conversion and performance data
- Ensuring sales activity and customer interactions meet our quality and compliance standards
- Ensuring CRM data is accurate, current and trusted across the business
- Monitoring pipeline health and helping the team focus on opportunities most likely to convert
- Building and maintaining sales dashboards and reporting for senior leadership
- Identifying trends, coaching opportunities and process improvements through data analysis
- Driving continuous improvement across sales processes, systems and workflows
- Partnering with leadership to achieve ambitious growth targets

About You
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing an outbound B2B sales team in a Sales Operations, Sales Manager or Sales Leadership role
- A track record of improving team performance through coaching, accountability and structured sales management
- Strong CRM reporting, pipeline management and dashboard experience
- The ability to analyse sales data and turn insights into action
- Excellent leadership, communication and performance management skills
- A process-driven mindset with exceptional organisational skills
- Experience within payments, fintech, SaaS or professional services is highly regarded but not essential
