Functional/Financial Analyst

Role Overview

QinetiQ US is seeking a Functional/Financial Analyst to support the Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA’s) Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) program. The analyst will provide recommendations for improving process, data quality, and stakeholder communications, and support the management and implementation of FHWA’s CPIC Program.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will assist FHWA in planning changes to the IT portfolio, manage the granularity/level of detail of items in the IT Spend Plan, and support the execution of all phases of FHWA’s CPIC process.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum of 4 years experience working in federal capital planning/budgeting/finance capacity
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to obtain/maintain DOT Public Trust
