Financial Analyst

Role Overview

Qnity is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Global Integrated Operations Finance organization. This role provides financial analysis, reporting, planning, and process support across the global ICS manufacturing network.

What You Will Do

Prepare financial analysis, reporting, and planning to support the global ICS manufacturing network, including operations in North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in forecasting, planning, management reporting, variance analysis, manufacturing finance, or financial business partnering.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and the ability to leverage them responsibly to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of financial analysis, reporting, and recurring processes.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with ERP and planning platforms such as SAP and OneStream; Power BI or similar business-intelligence experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage and validate complex data from multiple sources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and intellectual curiosity.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial results to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate across functions, regions, and time zones while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Commitment to data integrity, internal controls, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
