Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is the lead operating role for corporate FP&A and financial decision support at QBP. The position connects strategy, operating plans, and financial outcomes by establishing decision economics, leading planning and forecasting, administering the financial planning environment, and measuring whether approved investments and actions produce the expected return.

What You Will Do

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead the annual companywide financial planning process, develop and maintain long-range financial projections, and serve as Product Owner for the financial planning and reporting platform.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Demonstrated experience building business cases, profitability models, scenario analyses, and management reporting
• Proficiency with financial planning software such as Prophix, Adaptive, or Anaplan
• Experience with three-statement modeling, cash-flow forecasting, working-capital analysis, and business unit or category-level financial reporting
• Experience with cost accounting, cost allocations, and variance analysis in an ERP environment
• Strong business partnership, communication, presentation, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy under deadline pressure and work effectively without close supervision
