Director, Total Rewards & People Operations

Questrade Financial Group is seeking a Director, Total Rewards & People Operations to lead the development of a globally competitive total rewards strategy and oversee the People Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience, 3+ years of people and strategic leadership experience, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience, with the majority in Total Rewards
• 3+ years of people and strategic leadership experience
• University degree with an HR related designation/qualification/certification preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong systems and process leadership orientation
• Change agent mindset who can adapt with agility and lead others through transformation
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and strong business acumen
• Highly customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of urgency
