Customer Onboarding Manager responsible for shaping the customer onboarding experience at Quo. Work remotely in Canada, based in Toronto. Develop relationships with customers, adapt onboarding approach to meet their needs, and ensure long-term retention through activation and adoption.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in a customer onboarding, implementation, or CSM role at a B2B PLG SaaS company
- Experience with complex and SMB accounts
- Multi-stakeholder onboarding experience
- Strong experimental approach
- Comfortable training customers on complex technical settings
- Experience with CRM and data tools like Salesforce, Pocus, Amplitude
