The Executive Assistant to the Chief Member & Growth Officer provides high level, proactive and trusted executive support to enable the effective leadership of the Member & Growth function.
Requirements
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief Member & Growth Officer and, where required, the broader Executive Leadership Team.
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel (domestic and international) and executive logistics.
- Prioritise and resolve sensitive and strategic matters, escalating issues appropriately.
- Manage correspondence and executive inboxes, exercising sound judgement and discretion.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, track actions and ensure follow up and completion.
- Manage expenses, credit card reconciliations and payments in line with RACQ policies and budgets
- Coordinate team communications, town halls, offsites, engagement activities and events.
