The Retail Sales Lead supports the Store Management Team by promoting operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer service, and guiding team members in daily tasks and priorities.

Requirements

• Experience supporting customers directly and guiding less-experienced team members
• Experience handling customer payments across multiple payment methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email applications
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule—including weekends, holidays, occasional overtime—and to support nearby store locations as assigned by management
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and professionally in English
