Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will lead and manage all sales activities to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals. Our Sales Manager builds strong client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, develops sales strategies, and leads a team of Comfort Consultants and Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share, lead and motivate the sales team, and identify new business opportunities and markets to drive growth and increase revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field highly desired; or equivalent industry sales experience
• 3+ years of proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Extensive understanding of B to C sales specific to the home services industry is a PLUS
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Solid understanding of sales techniques, principles, and practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Flexibility to travel locally as needed
