Investment Manager, Venture & Growth Equity

Role Overview

Join our Private Markets team as an Investment Manager, working across the full investment lifecycle, from origination to portfolio management, and contributing to investment decisions across funds and direct opportunities.

What You Will Do

Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, build financial models, conduct due diligence, and structure investment transactions. Monitor portfolio performance, assess follow-on investment opportunities, and contribute to portfolio construction and capital allocation decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience within venture capital, growth equity, private equity or related investment strategies
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills with direct investment experience
• Broad understanding of businesses across diverse sectors
• Experience conducting commercial, financial and operational due diligence and ability to manage end to end investment processes
• Strong investment judgement, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
