The Marketing Manager is responsible for direct oversight of the company’s proposals and graphics staff and all proposal efforts. The role involves managing marketing and graphics teams, supporting business development, and managing marketing communications.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
- Ability to think ahead and plan over a one to two year time span
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
- Technical skills in strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, and market research and planning
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite highly desired
- Strong customer support orientation (for internal/external customers), demonstrated professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information
- Proficiency with electronic communications including email and text as well as standard office applications (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite)
