AI Operations Lead

Role Overview

As a core member of our Internal AI team, you will help Rain build leverage and become AI-native. This role sits at the intersection between building and enablement. You will work across teams to fix bottlenecks with AI agents, apps, and workflows and empower those teams with the capabilities to do the same.

What You Will Do

Diagnose & Prioritize: Proactively audit workflows across teams to identify the highest-impact automation and AI opportunities. Translate business pain points into a prioritized roadmap with clear ROI. Build & Ship: Design and deploy AI-powered agents, apps, and workflows using a mix of code/no-code tools. Own solutions end-to-end from prototype to production.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product management, product ops, forward deployed/solutions engineering, technical program management, or a similar role where you have solved problems with technical solutions
• Strong technical fluency with low-code/no-code and development tools, SQL & BI tools, APIs, scripting, and integrations
• Analytical and empathetic problem-solver
• Excellent communicator
• Systems builder
• Comfortable with ambiguity and speed
