Rain is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to be the connective tissue across product, engineering, partnerships, and customers. The role owns the product operating system end to end, including the rituals, launch motion, partner feedback loops, tooling, and cross-functional surfaces that make the team faster and sharper.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of product operations, program management, chief-of-staff, or strategy & operations experience
- Exceptional product judgment and operating instincts
- Strong technical fluency (APIs, payments systems, blockchain concepts)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to ship cross-functional initiatives quickly
