Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships

The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, is a senior corporate fundraising role responsible for growing a portfolio of global corporate partners outside the Rainforest Alliance’s core food and beverage sectors. This includes industries such as beauty, technology, pulp and paper, and hospitality amongst others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, international development, sustainability, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate fundraising, business development, consultancy, or sustainable development.
  • Experience securing corporate unrestricted and philanthropic funding, including multi-year commitments.
  • Experience with sustainability, ESG, and market trends; knowledge of conservation, community development, forestry, or agriculture preferred.
  • Experience working in within global organizations; familiarity with agile or lean methodologies preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work diplomatically and cross-culturally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally on occasion.
