Role Overview

Join the Rakuten Ichiba Planning Department as a Business Development – Business Planning Section member to build a robust business structure for the Marketplace business. You will create short- to mid-to-long-term business plans, interact with various stakeholders, and gain broad knowledge and expertise. As part of a small, elite team, you will participate in tasks across a wide range of areas.

What You Will Do

Formulate business plans, develop business strategies, analyze problems, design and promote solutions, set KPIs, monitor plan progress, and plan, execute, and propose measures to improve productivity and profitability.
