Role Overview

The EC Consulting Department is a division that works on the front lines of Rakuten Ichiba as a partner to merchants, helping them grow their sales. The Merchant Growth Section is a team that specializes in supporting merchants who are in the early stages of growth after opening their stores on Rakuten Ichiba.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for maximizing the appeal of stores operating on Rakuten Ichiba and providing consulting services such as identifying and analyzing challenges, developing sales strategies, and ongoing support.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Sales experience (B2B or B2C) or experience in sales management and operations in the distribution or retail industry
• Tenacity in pursuing goals and the ability to make logical proposals
