We are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our design studios in Munich or Berlin. In this position, you will play a central role in generating, securing, prioritizing, and winning projects that position Henning Larsen as a leading international design studio worldwide.
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a comparable position with a focus on strategic business development and/or marketing communication
- Proven experience of driving new business opportunities, developing market strategies, and proactively managing stakeholders & partnerships
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written
- Ability to think proactively and entrepreneurially
- Team player with strong team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment
