Product Operations Specialist | Procurement

Role Overview

As a Product Operations partner for Ramp Procurement, you will help build and scale the workflows that enable customers to manage their procurement processes with speed, accuracy, and control. You will improve both the requester and approver experience while shaping product quality through data, customer feedback, and tight partnership with customer-facing internal teams.

What You Will Do

Own the voice-of-customer loop for Procurement — systematically capture, analyze, and prioritize feedback from CX, Sales, and direct customer channels. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and specs.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product operations, product management, or a customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS
  • experience with procurement, intake and approval workflows, spend management, or financial operations preferred
  • proficiency using data to size opportunities and analyze adoption, support trends, payment flow performance, and customer friction
  • ability to translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements and operational processes
  • comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex spaces and driving clarity across multiple stakeholders
  • strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills; bias to ship improvements quickly and measure impact
  • experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate your work and directly make product improvements

Benefits

  • Flexible PTO
  • Centralized home-office equipment ordering
  • Health and wellness stipend
  • Budget for intra-office travel
  • Weekly coffee stipend
  • 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
