Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will independently bring in work, focusing on larger projects around mobility. You will work with public institutions and profit organizations to help them with HR solutions in the field of reintegration, outplacement, and career development. You will track down specific questions, build relationships, and present winning proposals to bring in deals.

What You Will Do

You will write complex tenders, present proposals, and ensure a smooth handover to the operation. You will work remotely but meet regularly digitally and live for consultation and a joint lunch.
