Account Manager, EMI Sales

Razorpay is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager – EMI Sales to lead and grow our EMI Business, driving the growth and usage of EMI services, developing relationships with existing merchants, and managing a usage team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of EMI products, market dynamics, and customer preferences
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data to make informed decisions
• Good communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
