RBC Insurance is seeking fall co-ops across several Business and Data Analyst roles. The ideal candidate will provide support for change initiatives, develop and review processes, and collaborate with internal teams. The student will gain hands-on experience with processes involved in transitioning products from development to production, including release planning, UAT, and post-production validation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Finance, Data Science, or Computer Science
- Knowledge in Building, Documenting and Assessing Processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Strong Teamwork and Collaboration Skills
- Analytical Thinking and strong data literacy
- Ability to think critically and “outside the box”
