Polish-Speaking Sales Development Representative – Remote Freelancer – New Market

Role Overview

Join RealAdvisor at an exciting early stage and play an important role in building our presence in Poland from the ground up. As a Sales Development Representative, your main objective will be to identify and qualify potential real estate agency clients and generate high-quality sales opportunities for our Sales team.

What You Will Do

Prospecting and qualifying potential real estate agencies, making outbound calls, identifying needs and challenges, presenting opportunities, and managing pipelines.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools is a plus
• Stable internet connection
• Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus
